Construction of Metal Structures and Installation of Steel Pipelines for Vlora Italian-Albanian Petroleum, PIA

The project consisted of the construction of metal structures and the installation of steel pipes for PIA Italian-Albanian Petroleum. Works completed for this complex project included welding and assembly 25.000 kg of metal structures for pipeline overpasses, welding and assembly approximately 30 000 linear meters of pressure pipelines with an average diameter of 150 mm, preparing all piping for the seaport made from special steel, with diameters between 0.4 m and 1.0 m and 33.0 m in length, and installing all machinery and equipment, switches and adjuster valves. All soldering and testing were performed following international API standards.

The project was completed within a 20-month time frame.
