The purpose of this project has been the restoration and rehabilitation of 68 traditional buildings of cultural heritage in the Historical Center of the city of Vlora, 22 of which are first category cultural monuments.
Work processes in this project have included demolition of the degraded elements of the buildings, their structural reinforcement, reconstruction and restoration of the facades and roofs of the buildings, while preserving all traditional architectural elements.
The primary focus of our work has been the transformation of every element of the objects, which have been intervened over time and alignment with the tracks found during the restoration process, while protecting their neoclassical architectural values and style.
The restoration of this area, which carries very important historical values for the city of Vlora, will bring back every original detail of the cultural heritage of the main center of our national Renaissance and National Independence historical period.
