Construction of Metal Structures and Installation of Steel Pipelines for Vlora Italian-Albanian Petroleum, PIA

AlbStar has carried out the construction of metal structures and the installation of steel pipes. Works performed in this complex project included welding and assembly works of about 30 000 linear meters of pressure pipelines with an average diameter of 150 mm as well as 25 000 kg of metal structures for pipeline overpasses. Installation of all machinery and equipment, switch and adjuster valves have also been carried out.

Preparation of all piloted piping for the seaport, with diameters from 0.4 m to 1 meter and 33 meters of length, made from special steel. Soldering and testing were performed according to international API standards.

Works on this project were successfully completed within a 20-month timeframe.
